Cloth and Dot Boutique will accept, for return or exchange, items that are new in condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages (including odors) by the customer unless items were purchased at "sale" or "clearance" prices below the "compare at" price. For a full refund or exchange, contact Cloth and Dot via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and mail out your item within 7 days from the receipt of the original order. In the event of refund issuance, funds will be returned to the credit or debit card to which charges were initially incurred. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of original order unless Cloth and Dot decides to make an exception. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags.
